Our HAMACHI was raised for 2-3 years in the rich natural sea of Ehime, Japan. It has good fat and flavour and is consumed not only in Japan but also all over the world. In Japan, Hamachi is more popular than HIRAMASA (Yellowtail - Seriola lalandi) and is served not only in restaurants but also at home.
