Oyster sterilization by UFB

SUPERCOOLED FREEZING
SEW: Spatial Electrostatic Wave | Refrigeration technology that preserves the taste, aroma and freshness of food products and reproduces them as close as possible to their pre-frozen state and as freshly prepared as possible. It does not freeze down to -4°C, and once it starts to freeze, it freezes faster than normal freezing. Freezing foodstuffs with DENBA's SEW technology makes it possible to freeze them in a fresh state without breaking the cells.

General Fiscal Representation (GFR)
A general fiscal representative service is to assist foreign companies to register for VAT in their own name. This allows that company to conduct B2B transactions while being a non-resident company in the EU. They can also apply for a Article 23 import permit under the VAT law, which, if granted, will allow them to avoid paying VAT (21%) when clearing goods into the Netherlands. The import VAT is deferred until the quarterly VAT return report, which contributes to reducing the cash burden at the time of importation. The scheme can be used effectively to operate a European commodity centre for intra-European goods without the need to set up a European company.

Supercooled freezing
Retention and reproduction of freshness, texture, flavour and colour through SEW freezing. Freezes foodstuffs while protecting their cell walls and membranes (SEW: Spatial Electrostatic Wave)
Latent-heat defrosting
Defrosting using the heat generated when steam turns to water. It prevents colour and flavour skips caused by low temperature steam defrosting.

Our HAMACHI was raised for 2-3 years in the rich natural sea of Ehime, Japan. It has good fat and flavour and is consumed not only in Japan but also all over the world. In Japan, Hamachi is more popular than HIRAMASA (Yellowtail - Seriola lalandi) and is served not only in restaurants but also at home.
